Investment Objective and Strategy
The Ocean Park PT Blend Passive 50 – Tactical 50 (the “Strategy”) has two objectives, to provide total return and to limit exposure to downside fixed-income risk.
The Strategy offers a diversified multi-asset portfolio designed for investors with a moderate risk profile. Passively managed funds are selected to provide 50% global equity exposure. Tactically managed funds are selected to provide 50% global fixed income exposure.
The Strategy seeks to use low-cost index funds to provide global equity diversification. The Strategy seeks to use tactically managed funds to opportunistically participate in global fixed income uptrends, while aiming to limit exposure to downside global fixed income risk. The tactically managed fixed income funds can hold cash equivalents and/or short-term bond funds in the absence of fixed income uptrends.
As of November 1, 2025, the Global Balanced 50-50 Portfolio was renamed PT Blend Passive 50 – Tactical 50.
