Click on "Create a PIN", accept the agreement. |

You will be prompted to enter your Social Security Number(no dashes) and Date of Birth. |

Create a 4-digit PIN number and confirm it by typing it again in the next field. |
|
Once you click the Continue button, you will receive confirmation of your PIN creation and you will be able to access your variable annuity contract(s). |

When you return to the Login Page, you will be prompted for your Social Security Number (no dashes) and your 4-digit PIN number. |
